Key responsibilities:


  • Understand hiring needs:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, needed skills (both technical and soft), and company culture fit.
  • Source and attract talent:

  • Utilize job boards, professional networking sites like LinkedIn, and other platforms to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Screen candidates:

  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess a candidate's technical qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews:

  • Schedule interviews with the hiring team and often facilitate or conduct technical interviews and assessments.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:

  • Guide candidates through every step, from initial contact to offer, and ensure all parties are informed.
  • Handle offers and negotiations:

  • Help with salary negotiation, explain benefits, and manage the offer process to secure top talent.
  • Manage onboarding and administration:

  • Ensure a smooth transition for the new hire, including managing documentation and sometimes background checks.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline:

  • Proactively build relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
  • Stay updated on market trends:

  • Keep informed about the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry to effectively recruit for specialized roles
