About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client or internal hiring requirements for various IT roles (Developers, Cloud Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.).
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (15 years) in

  IT or Technical recruitment

  (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of technology skills and current hiring trends (Cloud, DevOps, Data, Full Stack, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Excel reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for both

  permanent and contract

  positions.
• Familiarity with

  campus hiring or bulk technical drives

  .
• Prior experience in a

  recruitment consultancy

  or

  IT services company

  is a plus.
