end-to-end IT recruitment process

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for multiple technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals.
• Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers.
• Track and manage candidate pipelines through the ATS.
• Stay updated with the latest IT hiring trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–4 years in IT recruitment (domestic/international).
• Education: Any graduate (HR or IT background preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
