🔹 Role: IT Recruiter

🔹 Experience: 2–5 years

🔹 Location: Noida (On-site)

🔹 Shift: Night (U.S. Time Zone)

🔹 Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

✅ Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for U.S. clients

✅ Source candidates through portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn

✅ Work closely with account managers on W2 and implementation client needs

✅ Build pipelines and maintain strong vendor relationships

What We’re Looking For:

⭐ 2–5 years of U.S. IT recruitment experience

⭐ Strong knowledge of W2 hiring and implementation partners

⭐ Excellent communication & coordination skills

⭐ Familiarity with ATS tools Ceipal
