About the Role:

Domestic IT Recruiters

Responsibilities:

Source candidates from
Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster
, and other relevant platforms
Handle the
entire recruitment lifecycle
from sourcing to onboarding
Understand IT requirements from delivery managers and create sourcing strategies
Schedule and coordinate interviews; ensure timely closures
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards
Regularly interact with candidates to keep engagement high

Must-Haves:

2–5 years of
Domestic IT recruitment
experience
Strong exposure to
permanent and contract staffing
Familiarity with job portals, Boolean search, and headhunting techniques
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
