Job Description

We're Hiring: Technical Recruiter | Thane (2–3 Years Experience)

Thane

What You'll Do:

Own the
end-to-end recruitment process
for technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Analysts & more)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics
Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals & ATS
Conduct initial screenings & coordinate interviews
Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment metrics
Ensure a
stellar candidate experience

What We're Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in
technical or IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Great communication & stakeholder management
Understanding of tech roles & hiring trends
Experience with ATS tools (a plus!)
