Job Summary :We are seeking a driven and organised IT Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to manage software development project from initiation to delivery. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The key responsibility would include to build an in-house tech team to handle our existing mobile applications. Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of IT/software project. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate tasks across development, design, QA, and other technical teams. Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to track progress and manage workflows. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain clear and regular communication with internal stakeholders. Prepare and maintain documentation including project charters, schedules, reports, and post-project analysis. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in managing IT or software development projects. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum), and/or Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
