Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Information Technology Manager.

We are looking for a proactive IT professional with 2–5 years of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining networks, and ensuring overall IT system health across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide desktop and user support (Windows/Mac OS) including troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
2. Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
3. Manage user accounts, permissions, backups, and system access through Active Directory and email platforms (Google Workspace / MS 365).
4. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
5. Install, upgrade, and maintain software and security patches on all systems.
6. Monitor and ensure data security, antivirus updates, and IT compliance.
7. Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, EPBX, and other office IT equipment.
8. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
9. Provide support during system audits and ensure adherence to IT policies.

equired Skills

1. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, printers, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
2. Experience with Active Directory, firewalls, antivirus systems, and backup solutions.
3. Familiarity with ERP/MES software support is a plus.
4. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and handle IT tasks across departments.

Qualifications

bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
