Role Summary

Infor Optiva Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementing, configuring, and

supporting Optiva PLM solutions for large-scale food and process manufacturing environments.

Proven expertise in system configuration, workflows, reporting, migration, and business process

alignment to deliver scalable and compliant PLM solutions.

Experience : 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Infor Optiva implementation and configuration across multiple business

functions.

• Configure Optiva modules including Items, Formulations, Specifications, Certificates, and

Workflows to meet business requirements.

• Design and configure custom wizards to enhance usability, improve data visibility, and

enable efficient filtering and reporting.

• Manage and support large data volumes

• Develop and configure Optiva workflows to provide a single, consolidated task view for all

stakeholders.

• Configure email notifications to support process alerts, approvals, and status updates.

• Design and maintain reports and analytics to support trend analysis, compliance tracking,

and business decision-making.

• Perform system readiness activities including configuration, validation, and user enablement

to ensure smooth adoption by end users.

• Lead and support Optiva system upgrades and migrations (V12.0.11 to V12.13), including:

• Able to handle business users, business analysts, IT teams, and vendors to ensure aligned

and timely delivery.

• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

recommendations.

Business Process & Domain Expertise (Good to have)

• Strong understanding of end-to-end food recipe development lifecycle within Optiva.

• Hands-on experience with recipe formulations, specifications, and compliance-driven data

management.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and nutritional regulations and their application within

PLM systems.

• Ensure system configurations align with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements.
