Influencer Marketing Manager
full-time, on-site role at our South Bombay office
end-to-end influencer marketing strategy

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Influencer Identification & Relationship Building
- Discover, evaluate, and onboard influencers, creators, and unique talents across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, ShareChat, Moj, and emerging platforms.
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with creators across multiple tiers:

Nano
(1K–10K), Micro
(10K–100K), Mid-tier
, Macro
, Celebrities
, and Niche Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
. - Create and maintain a well-organized internal creator database with updated metrics, interests, rates, categories, performance history, and content genres.
- Keep track of upcoming creators, rising talent, and viral personalities to ensure our influencer network always stays one step ahead of the industry.
- Maintain constant communication with creators for collaboration opportunities, paid partnerships, UGC content, barter campaigns, and long-term brand associations.
2. Campaign Strategy & End-to-End Execution
- Work closely with internal strategy, creative, and client-servicing teams to build culture-led influencer marketing strategies tailored to each client.
- Develop campaign ideas that align with:
- ✔ Brand identity
- ✔ Current market trends
- ✔ Platform algorithms
- ✔ Audience behavior
- Manage the full campaign workflow:

Ideation → Influencer shortlisting → Pitching → Negotiation → Briefing → Content creation → Revisions → Approvals → Publishing.
Ensure smooth communication between creators, internal teams, and clients at every stage.
Guarantee high-quality content delivery within deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and campaign messaging.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deliverables, creator performance, approvals, or schedule conflicts.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign insights in real time, including:
- Reach
- Impressions
- Engagement rate
- Click-through rate
- Audience demographics
- Sentiment analysis
- Creator-wise performance breakdown
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, CreatorIQ, or manual insights) to extract and interpret data.
- Provide detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights, learnings, and suggestions for optimization.
- Present results clearly to clients, showcasing the impact of influencer strategies on brand goals, awareness, visibility, and revenue.
- Build predictive performance estimates for future campaigns based on historical data.
4. Negotiation, Coordination & Contract Management
- Negotiate influencer rates skillfully while balancing brand budgets and creator expectations.
- Prepare and manage documentation including:
- ✔ Creator contracts
- ✔ Deliverables lists
- ✔ Timelines
- ✔ Usage rights
- ✔ Licensing terms
- ✔ Payment cycles
- Ensure creators follow brand guidelines, legal standards, and disclosure rules (ASCI-compliant).
- Coordinate cross-functionally with creative teams, editors, designers, talent handlers, and client teams to maintain seamless workflow.
- Build trust by ensuring payments, invoicing, deliverables, and contracts are managed professionally and transparently.
5. Trendspotting & Innovation
- Stay updated with the newest viral moments, memes, platform updates, audio trends, editing styles, storytelling formats, and influencer categories.
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas, creator-led storytelling techniques, or niche content formats.
- Experiment with:
- ✔ UGC-driven marketing
- ✔ Meme-led amplification
- ✔ Short-format storytelling
- ✔ Web3 creator ecosystems
- ✔ AI-generated creator content
- ✔ Community-led brand activations
- Identify new opportunities such as live commerce, affiliate-led influencer campaigns, performance-based collaborations, and creator-brand ambassador programs.

Qualifications
✔ 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or talent management.
✔ Strong communication skills — written, verbal & presentation.
✔ Proven experience managing creators, deliverables, and brand expectations.
✔ Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of influencer pricing.
✔ Deep knowledge of social analytics, content formats, and platform algorithms.
✔ Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously without errors.
✔ Experience with UGC production, PR-led influencer campaigns, and celebrity collaborations is a plus.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, PR, Management, or similar field preferred.
