Key Responsibilities

Influencer Discovery & Outreach

  • Identify and onboard relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other emerging social media platforms in the health, fitness, lifestyle, food, and wellness categories.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and marketing agencies.

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and communication strategy.
  • Brief influencers on campaign objectives, brand tonality, and creative guidelines.
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of influencer content across platforms.

Content & Performance Management

  • Monitor influencer content for compliance with brand messaging, tone, and visual standards.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across all platforms (reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, conversions).
  • Generate insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and ROI.

Budget & Operations

  • Manage influencer budgets, negotiations, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payments with internal teams and external partners.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated on social media and influencer marketing trends, new formats, and emerging platforms.
  • Suggest creative influencer initiatives such as collaborations, challenges, product reviews, and tutorials to enhance brand reach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or wellness brands.
  • Strong understanding of the social media ecosystem and influencer landscape in India.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven with experience in tracking campaign metrics and ROI.
  • Passion for health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness (a strong plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
