About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing creators and influencers to build impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our brands.

This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, creator management, and campaign execution. If you love pop culture, stay ahead of trends, and know your way around Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator communities, this is the perfect role for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Discovery and Outreach:

  • Identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms based on campaign objectives and audience insights. Build and maintain a strong creator pipeline across categories such as micro, macro, and celebrity tiers.
  • Campaign Execution:

  • Coordinate end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from briefing to approvals, posting, and reporting. Manage deliverables, timelines, budgets, and campaign trackers.
  • Relationship Management:

  • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies. Handle negotiations, contracts, and content approvals in a professional manner.
  • Content and Trend Strategy:

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft campaign hooks and influencer briefs. Stay updated on platform trends, viral moments, and best practices for influencer-led storytelling.
  • Reporting and Optimization:

  • Track campaign performance and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rate, and return on investment. Share actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.


Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, X, and Snapchat.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • A sharp eye for content trends and creator potential.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and influencer platforms such as Collabstr, Winkl, or CreatorIQ is a plus.


Good to Have
  • Experience working in agency environments or with D2C brands.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and influencer ROI tracking.
  • Creative flair to ideate campaign concepts.
  • Multilingual communication skills (bonus points for Kannada, Tamil, or other regional languages).
