Industry Sales Manager

•Generate and execute short-term & long-term B2B and B2C sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Identify high-potential sectors, regions, and strategic partnerships to drive expansion.

• Lead, mentor, and guide sales development executives and field sales teams.

• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct periodic reviews.

• Manage key account negotiations and handle large client acquisitions personally.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, EPC partners, and institutional buyers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and support budgeting processes.

• Improve lead-to-conversion cycles using CRM tools and standardized workflows.

• Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and lead-gen activities.

• Track competitor activity, government policies, and customer trends to optimize offerings.

• Provide strategic input on product development, pricing, and market positioning.

• Work closely with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
