Educational Qualifications:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
b. MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred).c. 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales or B2B tech product sales.d. Strong understanding of technology-driven products and industry verticals such as manufacturing, automation, and IoT.
Job Responsibilities:
a. Establish industry tie-ups to expand FFTL’s employer network.
b. Build and nurture relationships with potential employers across relevant industries to create job opportunities.c. Conduct regular outreach to industry partners to understand their hiring needs and align placement activities with market demands.d. Organize employer engagement initiatives, campus recruitment drives, and virtual hiring events to maximize job opportunities.e. Identify and develop new industrial clients across assigned regions.f. Promote FFTL’s products and solutions to key decision-makers in industries.g. Prepare and present customized sales proposals based on client requirements.h. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs.i. Develop long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients and industry stakeholders.j. Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.k. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.l. Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
