Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the F&B ingredient landscape.
  • Lead customer account management from negotiations to contract renewals.
  • Drive cross-selling and solution-selling across the company’s complementary ingredient portfolio.

  • Drive institutional sales growth by developing and managing core B2B Sales

  • Identify and onboard new institutional clients.

  • Identify & capture opportunities to cross-sell / upsell different food ingredients, developing & presenting solutions to customers.

  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets across territories.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B clients in the food and beverage industry.

  • Develop regional sales strategies in line with business objectives and market trends.

  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers on food ingredient solutions (e.g., flavors , fragrance, additives).

  • Identify, evaluate and recruit new Food & Beverage Solutions customers to expand market reach.

  • Manage contract negotiations / renewals & ensure adherence to contractual agreements.

  • Onboard new channel customers and provide ongoing engagement to F&B Solutions customers, ensuring they are well-ingredient products and sales processes. Provide updates on product changes, market trends etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Exposure with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in FMCG or F&B institutional sales, B2B Technical sales background in Experience food/nutraceuticals raw material like flavor, color, fragrance, additives or other food/nutraceutical ingredients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Willingness to travel extensively to drive business expansion.
