Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales and develop strong customer relationships in the
scientific and laboratory equipment
sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, promoting our range of lab instruments and consumables, and achieving sales targets by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintain a strong understanding of product lines, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and account plans
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events
Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and continued relationship building.
Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy.
Promote the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or key account to achieve sales and revenue targets .

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years field sales experience, with preferable laboratory / process based experience in Life Science.
Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and instrumentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
