Job responsibilities To Drive Occupational health and safety initiatives and risk assessment program Provide HSE engineering support to the operating plants by conducting Risk Assessments, HAZOP study, MOC & PSSR review, Safety audits/inspection, Incident Investigation. Responsible for policy formulation, development, and implementation & responsible for the implementation of Global EHS standards & assessing each Site EHS performance. To develop and implement standard for Safety Management and ensure its implementation across the business To monitor implementation of hazardous waste management & air emission program & to Identifying the risk prone areas & develop risk management audit as per standards To conduct Environment & Safety audits; investigating environmental impacts & identifying potential environmental impacts & take necessary preventive measures; Responsible for implementation of chemical safety management program & to formulate the plan for creating awareness of safety and develop strategies to minimize and accidents at the plant To manage emergency response plans, conducted mock drills, and ensured 100% regulatory compliance To Conduct Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies, identifying potential hazards and operational risks to ensure risk mitigation To Conduct Journey Risk Assessment for hazardous chemical transportation.
