What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers & ensure a memorable café experience
• Manage daily front-end operations, billing & counter service
• Lead and train the service team for smooth execution
• Maintain hygiene, stock levels & café presentation standards
• Support sales growth through upselling and great service

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in a café / restaurant / food retail setup
• Excellent customer handling & communication skills
• Leadership ability with a hands-on approach
• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality preferred
