ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an Outlet Operations Executive to manage daily front-end activities at our outlet. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing or customer-facing operations. Freshers with good computer knowledge and willingness to learn will also be considered, as training will be provided. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Handle billing operations using the outlet’s billing system (training will be provided). · Manage front-desk activities, customer queries, and basic support. · Ensure smooth day-to-day retail / outlet operations. · Maintain accurate records, daily reports, and basic documentation. · Assist in inventory checks, stock updates, and coordination with the backend team. · Provide a pleasant customer experience through polite communication. · Coordinate with internal teams for any operational requirements. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS · Minimum 1–2 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or front-end operations (preferred). · Freshers can apply if they have: Basic computer skills Good understanding of MS Excel Ability to learn software systems quickly o Decent communication skills (customer-facing role). · Marathi-speaking candidates preferred (campus is in Pune). · Ability to work on-ground and handle operational tasks efficiently. WHO SHOULD APPLY This role is ideal for: · Candidates with minimum 1–2 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or front-end outlet operations. · Freshers who have basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, and are willing to learn the billing system (training will be provided). · Individuals with good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. · Candidates who are comfortable working in an on-ground, outlet-based role. · Applicants who can speak Marathi, as it will help in interacting with customers and staff in Pune. · Anyone who is reliable, quick to learn, and eager to build a career in operations.
