Role SummaryThe Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales growth, customer service, staff management, hygiene standards, and day-to-day functioning of the Taste of Delhi outlet. The role demands strong leadership, operational discipline, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the outlet operates smoothly and profitably. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA) Outlet OperationsEnsure smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet including sales, billing, inventory & cash handling. Manage sweets, bakery, namkeen display counters as per brand standards. Maintain stock levels, monitor expiry & freshness, and coordinate with central kitchen/production. Oversee opening & closing procedures, daily sales reports, and operations checklists. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, FSSAI norms, hygiene & safety regulations. B) Sales & Customer ServiceDrive outlet sales, manage promotions, upselling, and customer engagement. Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Monitor online delivery orders (Zomato/Swiggy) and ensure timely handover. C) Staff ManagementSupervise counter staff, stewards, kitchen helpers, cashiers & housekeeping. Prepare duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and ensure discipline & grooming standards. Train staff on service standards, product knowledge & hygiene practices. D) Inventory & Cash ControlManage inventory of sweets, bakery, namkeen, packaging, disposables, and materials. Conduct daily & weekly stock audits; prevent wastage, pilferage & spoilage. Ensure accurate daily cash collection, reconciliation, and reporting. E) Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with central production, warehouse, dispatch & marketing team. Position SummaryThe Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations from the central kitchen/factory to all outlets. This includes order preparation, packing, documentation, vehicle coordination, and ensuring timely & accurate delivery while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Delivery CoordinationPrepare daily dispatch plan as per outlet requirements. Coordinate with production, sweets, bakery & namkeen sections for ready goods. Ensure correct items, quantities, and packaging before dispatch. Assign delivery vehicles/riders and prepare dispatch route sheets. Track dispatches and ensure on-time delivery to all Taste of Delhi outlets. Inventory & RecordsMaintain inward/outward registers. Track stock movement from production to dispatch. Maintain batch-wise and date-wise records for sweets, bakery & namkeen. Generate dispatch slips, challans, invoices, and delivery sheets. Conduct daily stock counting of packaging material, food items & raw materials. Quality & HygieneEnsure proper handling & hygienic loading of sweets, bakery items, and namkeen. Follow FIFO/FEFO for food items. Ensure cold items (milk sweets, bakery) follow temperature control. Report any damage, shortage, or product quality issues. CoordinationCommunicate with outlet managers for daily requirements. Update production about next-day requirements. Coordinate with drivers for routes & delivery timings. Report daily dispatch summary to Factory Manager/Operations Manager. 3. Skills RequiredStrong understanding of dispatch operations in FMCG/food industry. Knowledge of inventory control / stock keeping. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, inventory software). Ability to handle fast-moving environments (especially during festival seasons). Good communication & coordination skills. 4. QualificationMinimum 12th / Graduate. Experience in sweets, bakery, namkeen, FMCG, restaurant supply chain preferred. Candidates from Haldiram, Bikanerwala, Om Sweets, Bansal Sweets, or Food Manufacturing Units will be preferred. 5. Salary Range(You can define based on your internal budget) Typically: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 depending on experience.
