About Position:


We are seeking an experienced and innovative industry marketing manager to lead the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) marketing initiatives that position our company as the leader and trusted partner to re(AI)magine health through AI-led transformation, digital product engineering and services throughout the HLS sector. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, storytelling, and execution excellence—bringing together market intelligence, client needs, and our solutions to create compelling campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

What You'll Do:


  • Industry Positioning & Thought Leadership
  • Develop and refine the company’s Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) value proposition, aligning to client challenges, business outcomes and Persistent’s unique differentiation within HLS.
  • Partner with peers and subject matter experts to build thought leadership content (whitepapers, executive briefs, blogs, webinars, conference presentations).
  • Monitor competitive activity and differentiate the company’s offerings in the market.
  • Campaign & Content Development
  • Lead end-to-end the HLS marketing strategy and campaigns targeting diverse personas who influence, decide and buy solutions and services across the healthcare and life sciences sector and sub verticals including: Payers, Providers, CRO/Pharma, Scientific Instruments and Medtech.
  • Translate complex healthcare topics (value-based care, claim adjudication, clinical trial operations, scientific protocols and regulatory compliance) into clear, client-centric messaging.
  • Create industry-focused case studies, success stories, and sales enablement assets that demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to design campaigns that accelerate pipeline and improve win rates.
  • Leverage ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics to influence top strategic accounts.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with industry practice leaders, alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies .
  • Work closely with analyst relations, PR, and events teams to maximize industry presence.
  • Align efforts to business objectives, ensuring marketing drives measurable outcomes in pipeline contribution and revenue growth.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in Healthcare & Life Sciences marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, IT services, or healthcare technology.
  • Strong understanding of industry challenges and trends, including digital health, AI/ML adoption, patient experience, compliance, and cost pressures.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills—able to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
