Industrial Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for

  PPR pipes, fittings, and allied piping systems

  in industrial and project segments.
• Identify and develop business from

  industrial projects, EPC contractors, plumbing contractors, builders, and consultants

  .
• Generate enquiries, prepare

  techno-commercial proposals

  , and close orders for PPR piping systems.
• Provide

  technical guidance

  to customers on PPR applications, pressure ratings, installation methods, and product selection.
• Coordinate with

  engineering, production, and dispatch teams

  to ensure timely order execution and deliveries.
• Track project status from enquiry to completion, including billing and payment collection.
  
• Ensure

  timely collections, credit control

  , and adherence to company commercial policies.
• Expand and manage the

  dealer and contractor network

  for PPR products in the assigned region.
• Conduct regular market visits to promote PPR products and identify upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects.
  
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and alternative piping systems (CPVC, HDPE, GI, etc.).
  
• Organize

  product demonstrations, training sessions, and site support

  for contractors and plumbers.
• Ensure correct

  product approvals, specifications, and compliance

  with project requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit

  sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback

  to management.
• Ensure proper implementation of

  pricing, discounts, schemes, and branding guidelines

  .
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers across projects and industries.
