Industrial Sales Manager

Role Overview: Join Omega Rubber Industries as an Industrial Sales Specialist to strengthen and grow the OEM channels, primarily focusing on butyl products while also introducing other solutions to key customers. Your role will involve identifying and developing new OEM accounts in sectors such as PEB, automotive, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams, as well as tracking market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities, will be crucial for success in this role. Qualifications Required for Ideal Candidate: - 5-10 years of industrial/OEM sales experience. - Proven ability to generate and grow business. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Exposure to PEB, automotive, air conditioning, and refrigeration sectors is desirable. - Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
