Industrial Sales Manager

Role Overview: At Omega Rubber Industries, we are seeking an Industrial Sales Specialist to enhance and expand our OEM channels, with a primary focus on butyl products. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to introduce other Omega solutions to key customers in various sectors including PEB, automotive, air conditioning, and refrigeration. If you excel in relationship-building, deal-closing, and influencing product market penetration, this role is tailor-made for you. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new OEM accounts within the PEB, automotive, air conditioning, and refrigeration sectors. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint emerging opportunities. Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in industrial/OEM sales. - Demonstrated track record in generating and expanding business. - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and building lasting relationships. - Exposure to PEB, automotive, air conditioning, and refrigeration sectors would be advantageous. - Self-driven, problem-solving mindset, and comfortable with assuming responsibilities.
