Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Sales Specialist located in Indore. The Industrial Sales Specialist will manage daily tasks such as driving industrial sales, building strong relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales processes, and meeting revenue targets through client acquisition and retention efforts.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Industrial Sales and knowledge of sales management practices
Strong skills in Business Development and customer acquisition techniques
Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining professional client relationships
Ability to develop and execute strategic Sales initiatives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Technical knowledge or experience in the industrial sector is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is advantageous
