While your main focus will be on butyl products, you will also have the opportunity to introduce other Omega solutions to key customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new OEM accounts in PEB, automotive, air conditioning, and refrigeration sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams. Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Ideal Candidate 5–10 years of industrial/OEM sales experience. Proven ability to generate and grow business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Exposure to PEB, automotive, air conditioning, and refrigeration sectors is desirable. Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
