Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B sales operations in the EV and Energy Storage (ESS) market . The role involves driving sales of Lithium-ion cells, BMS, chargers, battery packs , and contract manufacturing (OEM/ODM) solutions for EV and ESS applications to different manufacturers across India. Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of battery systems with proven sales leadership , capable of managing key accounts, building a high-performance sales team, and expanding market presence across own-brand and OEM businesses. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies for: Lithium-ion cells Battery Management Systems (BMS) EV & ESS chargers Battery packs (own brand and OEM/contract manufacturing) Identify and acquire new B2B customers in EV, ESS, solar, telecom, industrial, and mobility segments Build long-term relationships with OEMs, system integrators, fleet operators, and EPCs Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and supply agreements Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion OEM / Contract Manufacturing Sales Lead OEM/ODM discussions for battery pack manufacturing Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to: Assess customer requirements Finalize technical-commercial proposals Ensure smooth project execution Manage customer expectations on cost, timelines, certifications, and volumes Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage sales engineers and regional sales teams Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics Conduct regular reviews, pipeline tracking, and forecasting Support team on complex technical and commercial negotiations Market & Strategy Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics Provide inputs for product development and roadmap planning Collaborate with marketing on positioning, exhibitions, and industry events Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry forums Coordination & Reporting Work closely with: Engineering & R&D Manufacturing & Supply Chain Quality & Compliance Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data, and management reports Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial processes Required Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Energy, Chemical preferred) MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage Experience 8–15 years of B2B industrial sales experience Minimum 3–5 years in a sales leadership or managerial role Proven experience in one or more of the following: Lithium-ion batteries EV systems Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Power electronics / chargers Industrial electronics or renewable energy Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of battery technology, BMS, and EV/ESS applications Ability to sell technical solutions and custom-engineered products Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Strategic thinking with strong execution capability Commercial acumen and financial understanding Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development What We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-growing EV & energy storage company Leadership role with high visibility and impact Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Exposure to cutting-edge battery and EV technologies

Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to build, manage, and grow our channel partner network for sales of Lithium-ion cells, BMS, chargers, and EV/ESS battery packs . The role focuses on expanding market reach through distributors, dealers, system integrators, and value-added resellers , while ensuring consistent revenue growth for both own-brand products and OEM solutions . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B channel sales , preferably in EV, batteries, power electronics, or industrial products. Channel Development & Management Identify, appoint, and onboard distributors, dealers, and channel partners across target regions Develop channel strategies for: Lithium-ion cells BMS EV & ESS chargers Battery packs (own brand) Define channel structures, margins, incentive schemes, and growth plans Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure partner satisfaction Sales & Revenue Growth Drive sales through the channel network to meet revenue and volume targets Support channel partners in: Lead generation Customer meetings Technical-commercial discussions Monitor channel sales performance and take corrective actions where needed Ensure healthy pipeline development and accurate forecasting Market Expansion & Coverage Expand presence in EV, ESS, solar, telecom, industrial backup, and mobility markets Improve geographical coverage and penetration in assigned territories Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market feedback through the channel Training & Enablement Conduct regular product training and sales enablement programs for channel partners Equip partners with sales tools, product documentation, and marketing materials Ensure partners understand product positioning, applications, and differentiators Coordination & Internal Alignment Coordinate with: Technical / Engineering teams for product support Operations & supply chain for order fulfillment Marketing for promotions, exhibitions, and campaigns Ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and issue resolution Reporting & Governance Maintain accurate channel data, CRM updates, and sales reports Track KPIs such as partner performance, revenue contribution, and regional growth Ensure channel compliance with company policies and branding guidelines Required Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Management MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus Experience 6–12 years of experience in channel sales or distribution management Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: Lithium-ion batteries EV systems Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Power electronics / chargers Industrial or electrical products Proven track record of building and managing channel networks Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of B2B channel sales models Basic to strong technical understanding of battery systems and EV/ESS applications Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple partners across regions Analytical mindset with focus on numbers, margins, and growth Willingness to travel extensively What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing EV & energy storage company Key role in building and scaling the channel business Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives Long-term growth opportunities in a high-potential industry
