2. Developing strategies for growth based on industry and competitor landscape in individual geographies and benchmarking with other players to formulate Where to Play and How to Win plans. - Developing and implementing marketing and sales plans to ensure achievement of business objectives on a monthly basis.
3. Addressing the identified domestic and international business related to Laminations, Stator stacks, rotors, wound stator, rotor assemblies , die cast components and generate sufficient enquiries in line with ABP/SBP targets and ensuring optimum levels of pricing to achieve the business objective targets.
4. Identifying and exploiting new growth opportunities in Lamination and die cast component business and build capabilities - Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts. - Managing inventory as per norms - Ensuring collection of advances, and outstanding payments as per monthly plan and contributing for achievement of negative working capital.
5. Achieving Customer Results - Developing and implementing Key Account Management Program by networking with customers at all levels and ensure higher share of business for Godrej. - Identifying and nurturing critical accounts for the identified segments through regular interaction with all customers during the entire sales process.
Establishing a healthy mix of existing and new customers to ensure continuity of business.
6. Devising methods for continuous feedback and information from customers on product performance, market intelligence and process improvements through regular personal interactions. - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys as per defined time period and sharing the outcomes with CFT and work upon for necessary action as per the survey results for formulating action points. -Coordinating with the internal departments like BSI and Digital to devise media plans using social media, engaging in digital marketing and initiating research assignments to promote / understand consumer behavior and preferences.
7. Process and Capability Improvement - Developing capability of team members to meet ABP/ SBP objectives by identifying competency gaps and working on developmental plans, skill enhancement and talent retention. - Improving sales productivity, ensuring process reliability, analyzing failures and establishing robust sales and marketing practices through continual improvement, use of digital tools/AI frameworks and other technological interventions. - Benchmarking global best practices and learnings, mapping & implementing them suitably in the function - 100% adherence to all corporate processes .
8. Sustainable Business Growth - Work with Branding team and give inputs for strengthening the Godrej brand and maintaining consistency with the brand message across all customer touch points. - Identifying business risks like impact of tariffs on international business expansion plans and thus formulating appropriate mitigation plans to ensure Plan vs actual as per ABP/SBP Target. - Managing external stakeholders, including customers, certification bodies as per the need - Building/ investing in digital technologies and capabilities keeping the future in view.
