Sales volumes - Managing company owner company operated (COCO) stores and projecting desired brand image - Achievement of sales volumes and working capital norms 2. Showroom Administration - Ensure proper upkeep , adherence to business process manual , display protocol, maintenance and statutory compliance - Ensuring that the correct product mix is being displayed and promoted 3. Customer Satisfaction - Pre sales and post sales customer experience - Necessary enthusiasm in doing innovative activities to bring excitement in showroom and generate customer pull 4. System Management and sales accounting - System know-how , order booking , collection updation , inventory receipts and report generation - Coordination with accounts , logistics , after sales service and commercial team. 5. Working Capital Management - To oversees business short term assets and liabilities - To ensure store has sufficient cash flows to maintain its short-term operating cost
