Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activities, identify potential clients, build strong client relationships, and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities in the relevant process industries, proposing tailored solutions, capturing sales leads from various platforms, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves analysing sales trends and reporting on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to meet targets in industrial B2B segment Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and identify new business opportunities Experience with solutions-selling, identifying client requirements, and crafting tailored proposals Familiarity with cybersecurity application software and/or industrial equipment is an advantage Willingness to travel to client sites to building long-term relationships Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience considered
