Communication Management - Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements Desired Traits, Qualifications, Education and Experience Equivalency Bachelor s degree in engineering 5+ years of equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years project management role in hardware/manufacturing as an OEM or, ideally, as a contract manufacturer. Previous experience working on the night shift preferred Fluent in written and spoken English, experience working in multicultural environments.
