Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such asProcess & Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management), lead quality analysis anddecision-making processes, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of deploying industrial quality standards and updating quality control plans, butalso support defect analysis and customer inspections.We’ll look to you for:Managing Quality activities in workshops, including people, processes, and performancePerforming defect analysis and leading cross-functional quality animationSupporting decisions for handovers and exercising veto rights when necessaryStopping production when safety or compliance issues ariseParticipating in criticality matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEALeading and participating in Failure Analysis Reports (FAR) and other quality reviewsEnsuring compliance of manufactured products and maintaining Car History BooksSupporting internal NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management and problem-solvingQualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspectionConducting workstation audits and follow-ups

That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill.Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, electromechanical,…) or equivalent for EngineersExperience or understanding of Quality tools like Problem Solving and Lean Six SigmaKnowledge of industrial Processes and Quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, IRIS, EN15085)Familiarity with reading drawings/specifications and using test equipmentSpecial Process Qualification at Level 2 (minimum)Ability to manage quality tools and digital systemsExperience in project management or audits is a plusNDT Level-II in VT, PT, MT, UT & RT is a plusFluency in English and an international mindsetRigor, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressureYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
