Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Maneja we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and problem-solving expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as NCR teams, manufacturing teams, and customer inspection teams), support problem-solving initiatives, and drive quality assurance processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing internal NCRs using problem-solving methodologies and qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspections, but also performing workstation audits and inspections as needed.

We’ll look to you for:

• Supporting Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) in their scope

• Managing Internal NCRs and ensuring their closure using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)

• Participating in customer inspections

• Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes

• Managing workstation dynamic checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)

• Performing workstation audits and follow-ups

• Conducting or participating in product inspections (e.g., PCx) when required

All about you

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• 6-8 years of experience in quality engineering or relevant areas

• Experience or understanding of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)

• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and tools

• Familiarity with manufacturing and inspection processes

• A certification in quality management or a related discipline

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
