Drive key initiatives that enhance associate engagement and align with business objectives.Oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of All Hands meetings, develop strategic internal communications plans, and foster community building through WorkplaceManage associate surveys for actionable insights, designing and executing Listening Sessions to improve organizational health, and crafting executive newsletters that highlight achievements and prioritiesPartner with leadership to create impactful executive narratives and presentation decks, and lead recognition programs through engaging content like videos and product spotlights.With a base foundation in video editing, you also strategize and produce demo videos to showcase organizational successes and innovations.What You’ll Bring
This role requires someone with exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation development skills, with a focus on leadership and executive-level communications. You will be pivotal in building a strong organizational culture by fostering associate connection, transparency, and recognition.
