About the Team

The Team serves as the engine behind a best-in-class online shopping experience — ensuring that every product listed is accurate and enriched. We focus on driving the integrity and discoverability of millions of SKUs across our expanding marketplace platform.

I. Job Summary:

The Analyst, Marketplace Management, is responsible for managing the end-to-end catalog lifecycle, ensuring item data accuracy and completeness across all required and recommended attributes, including categorization and images. This role involves partnering with Senior Analysts and Seller Account Management Teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and to address data or operational issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will play a key role in upholding the Lowe’s brand and delivering a seamless customer experience through meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid foundation in digital business or merchandise operations. Experience in home improvement or digital retail is highly valued.

II. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with New sellers and products to ensuring alignment with marketplace standards with the of steps/activities /Rithum/Mirakl and other seller platforms as necessary.
• Ensure all the appropriate seller information/ item attributes are captured, verified and uploaded to ensure sellers and products are listed and meet the necessary guardrails, aligned to Lowe’s data quality guidelines
• Own and execute semi-complex process/tasks assigned ensuring expected timelines are met to catalog audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance minimal escalations owning individual operational KPIs.
• Support automation initiatives by identifying repetitive catalog issues and suggesting rule-based solutions or scripts.
• Maintain and organize seller-related documents, follow-up as necessary.
• Validate product placement within Lowe’s taxonomy to ensure logical categorization and accurate customer navigation.
• Support managers/leadership in maintain SOP documents, review and refine processes for optimal efficiency.
• Implement technical rules and other processes within the attribute mapping and taxonomy alignment to automate aspects of the function
• Meet or exceed key results (financial, operational and customer) related to digital third-party sellers through collaborative improvement
• Keeps leadership informed of progress, escalates for support as necessary.

III. Years of Experience:

• Min 2+ Years relevant experience in online/retail merchandising, digital business, operations.

IV. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.

V. Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

• Experience with digital or marketplace or category merchandising
• Highly Detail-oriented with strong operational mindset
• Proven Expertise in third-party assortment management, data quality methodology/guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to converse with US based sellers via email, phone, team’s calls (to be evaluated)
• Experience in Customer facing/telecall/Customer Support roles
• Experience working with Excel and other data/reporting tools
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

Secondary Skills (desired)

• Retail corporate experience
• Experience with third party marketplace systems such as DSCO/Rithum/Mirakl etc.
• Experience with ticketing/volume management tools
• Experience managing a business portfolio in a large retail environment
• Account management, client serving or consulting experience
• Experience with data analysis and providing insights about the data
• Experience / familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Superset, or other analytics platforms
