Responsibilities Data Quality Strategy and Implementation: Engage with clients to understand their data quality requirements and business goals. Develop and implement data quality frameworks and solutions using tool such as Collibra and IDMC. Provide expert advice on industry best practices and emerging trends in data quality management. Tool Expertise: Utilize DQ tools such as Collibra, Talend, IDMC, etc. to manage and enhance data quality processes. Configure and customize Collibra workflows and IDMC data management solutions to meet specific client needs. Ensure seamless integration of data quality tools with existing data governance systems. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Establish data quality metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data quality standards are maintained. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data quality awareness and best practices. Collaboration and Leadership: Work collaboratively with data architects, data analysts, IT, legal, and compliance teams to integrate data quality into broader data management initiatives. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
