Collibra Administration & Cataloging Leverage Collibra templates to create, update, and maintain catalog entries. Establish and maintain relationships across assets (business terms, reports, KPIs, tables, columns). Support metadata certification and report governance workflows within Collibra. Governance Enablement Partner with Steward Leads to enforce governance policies across domains. Support initiatives for data lineage, KPI/report certification, and asset relationship mapping. Promote governance adoption through practical enablement and communication. Presentation & Communication Prepare and deliver dashboards, governance updates, and presentations for councils, working groups, and executive stakeholders. Clearly communicate complex governance concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Represent governance team in stakeholder meetings and cross-functional forums. Qualifications Strong knowledge of data governance concepts: stewardship, cataloging, lineage, classification, and certification. Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (cataloging, metadata curation, templates). Proven ability to create training materials and conduct training/presentations across diverse audiences. Excellent documentation skills for SOPs, guidelines, and process frameworks. Develop reusable components including frameworks for match & merge, survivorship, golden record creation, data quality, data lineage, and data stewardship. Strong experience in MDM architecture, data modeling, data integration (ETL/ELT), and data stewardship workflows.
