Job Title: Export ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Export Manager to oversee our international sales and logistics operations. The Export Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export process, ensuring compliance with regulations, building strong relationships with overseas clients, and driving growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers and shipping agents.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or customs clearance.
  • Conduct market research to identify global trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
  • Manage budgets for international sales and logistics operations.
  • Provide regular reports on export activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) in export management, international sales, or global logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in export documentation and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of foreign languages is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,185.89 - ₹20,500.03 per month
