About the Role As a member of the Customer Services team at Highspot, you will play a pivotal role in representing the company while collaborating with customers to define and implement solutions using the Highspot platform. This is a role of high impact and visibility, where you will actively engage with customers and partners to drive adoption and ensure that they derive maximum benefits from using our platform. Responsibilities - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Highspot product and its integration within customer environments. - Serve as a trusted advisor to customers at all levels, assisting them in maximizing the value they derive from Highspot. - Collaborate with customers to design solutions, create project plans, and ensure timely delivery that meets their requirements. - Provide training to users to optimize their utilization of the product. - Support the sales process and contribute to revenue growth by working closely with the account team. - Engage with the engineering team to enhance the product based on customer feedback and needs. Required Qualifications - 3-5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, client management, professional services, or sales engineering, with a focus on enterprise implementations. - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a STEM field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience working in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment within a product-driven company. - Proven track record of managing end-to-end software implementation processes with multiple stakeholders, delivering results on time and with high quality. - Ability to effectively engage with a diverse group of individuals, from executives to new users, tailoring communication to suit their needs. - Proficiency in strategizing the organization and dissemination of sales and marketing information. - Familiarity with bridging gaps between various teams within customer organizations, particularly in marketing and sales departments.
