This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Momentus Technologies. We are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant in India.

The Implementation Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful onboarding of enterprise clients while transforming their data into actionable insights. This role combines software implementation, project coordination, and advanced reporting to drive client success and business impact. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to configure systems, deliver training, and create custom dashboards that guide strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing technical expertise with strong communication skills. Your contributions will directly influence client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success.

Accountabilities

  • Manage full-cycle CRM/ERP software implementation projects for client organizations ranging from 5 to 500 users
  • Conduct discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and translate them into effective platform solutions
  • Configure systems, deliver training, and ensure smooth adoption of software solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Create and deliver data-driven insights, reports, visualizations, and dashboards using tools such as DevExpress, Crystal Reports, Tableau, SQL, and Excel
  • Support client requests and troubleshooting via ticketing systems, providing clear guidance and resolution
  • Assist in internal knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill colleagues on reporting and analytics best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation or consulting within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as DevExpress, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Excel, MS Access, MySQL, or similar
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data visualization concepts
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Experience with HTML and templating languages (e.g., Handlebars or Mustache) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications or technical training preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% for client engagements
  • Experience in event, venue, or exhibition industries is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
