Role Description
We’re hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue across B2C (clients) and B2B (partners/employers/agents) for study, work permits, PR, and business immigration. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and consultations to deal closure and partner onboarding—while ensuring RCIC-led compliance and a high-trust client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ B2C (Direct Sales)
- Handle inbound leads, qualify needs (Study, Work Permit, PR, PNP, Refusal cases), run consultations, present pathways & service offerings, and close.
- Build tailored proposals: pricing, timelines, documentation checklist, service scope.
- Maintain high conversion rates through systematic follow-ups (calls, email, WhatsApp), nurturing sequences, and demo/webinar invites.
- Coordinate with case/legal teams for file readiness, SOP/LOE inputs, and document QA.
✅ B2B (Channels & Employer/Agency Partnerships)
- Identify, pitch, and onboard overseas education agents, visa consultancies, HR recruiters, Canadian employers/designated programs (AAIP/SINP/RNIP/RCIP etc.).
- Structure win-win commercials, SLAs, referral agreements, and partner enablement (playbooks, price cards, training decks).
- Build employer pipelines for in-demand roles (hospitality, healthcare, construction, agri, warehouse, etc.) and co-host hiring drives/webinars.
- Nurture partner performance with dashboards, quarterly reviews, and joint campaigns.
✅ Pipeline, Process & Compliance
- Own your monthly/quarterly revenue target, forecast accurately, and drive activities to hit plan.
- Keep Zoho CRM immaculate: lead stages, notes, tasks, probability, docs, and revenue attribution.
- Adhere to ethical sales and IRCC/RCIC compliance: no misrepresentation, no guarantee claims, clear deliverables, and transparent fees.
- Feed market insights to marketing (campaign ideas, FAQs, objections) and operations (product/pricing updates).
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of sales or business development experience (immigration/overseas education/recruitment/HR tech preferred).
- Proven success in closing B2C service deals and building B2B partner networks.
- Strong consultative selling skills; can map profiles to programs (Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, PGWP, Super Visa, Business Immigration).
- Excellent communication: English required; Hindi preferred; French/Vietnamese is a plus.
- Hands-on with Zoho CRM, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides; comfort with webinars, events, and field visits.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with employers/designated programs (SINP/RCIP/AIP/RNIP etc.).
- Network of study-abroad agents, recruiters, or Canadian SMEs.
- Understanding of refusal remediation (GCMS notes, re-strategy).
- Event management for walk-ins, seminars, campus or job fairs.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Monthly revenue & closure rate (B2C & B2B).
- Partner activation (signed, active, revenue-generating).
- Lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-sale conversion.
- Collection timeliness, refund avoidance, and compliance score.
- CRM hygiene (task SLA, notes completeness) and NPS/CSAT for clients/partners.
