- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, walk-ins, online consultations, and digital platforms.
- Present WeAbide® services & offerings clearly, confidently, and persuasively to maximize conversions.
- Follow up with leads, maintain strong client relationships, and support clients throughout the initial stages.
- Maintain accurate and organized ZOHO CRM records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, counseling, case management) to ensure superior client experience.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and program changes for Australia & Canada.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Understanding of international immigration or education markets is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using ZOHO CRM t& Microsoft 365 tools and productivity applications.
- High motivation level, target orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Quarterly, semi-annually and annually incentive structure are additional.
