Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a scalable CRM platform to streamline immigration workflows, client management, and case tracking.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, lawyers, and consultants to translate immigration process requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement modules for lead management, case tracking, document management, and client communication.
• Build secure APIs for integration with third-party tools (payment gateways, communication systems, government portals, etc.).
• Ensure the platform adheres to data security and compliance standards, given the sensitivity of immigration data.
• Optimize system performance and scalability for a growing global client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA, and project managers, to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies to continuously improve the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer/Full Stack Developer.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript (Node.js, React.js/Next.js, or Angular) or Python/Django/Flask.
• Proficiency with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of CRM frameworks or enterprise application development is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of data security, encryption, and role-based access controls.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in CRM development or immigration/legal-tech platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML for process automation (document parsing, chatbots, recommendation engines).
• Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments).
