Scope of responsibility Coaching & Talent Development
Visible HC Leader who develops, communicates and executes the people strategy for the Center and is involved in all aspects of Center business, including interface with leadership and engagement partners
- Strategic and trusted advisor to senior leadership to shape the human capital strategy and priorities for the Center and operationalize execution to deliver the strategy and evolve the organizational culture
- Driving consistent center wide People strategy implementation in the Center, leveraging our tech-enabled environment and principles of human centered design
- Lead the People Leadership Team, LOS HC and other HC Centers of Excellence (CoE) to build effective people strategies, facilitate a One center AC approach, drive employee engagement and enable consistent execution
- Supporting teaming among Human Capital Core Leadership Team including Human Capital, Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisitions, HC Compliance and Diversity
- Enabling the firm’s digital strategy through driving efficiency in the team with the use extensive use of technology (Workday and other HC enablement tools) and process automation
- Plan, monitor, and provide support and guidance for the execution of annual performance management processes including: development planning, periodic performance reviews, the annual year-end cycle inclusive of promotion decisions, and individual compensation reviews
- Provides thought leadership for the Center in all areas of human capital and high performing teams, including bringing creative solutions to strategic business and project needs
- Supporting the Center’s diversity and inclusion strategy to drive our inclusive leadership culture
- Collaborating with Internal Communications and Change team to co-develop messaging and change management to maximize the Human Capital Strategy impact
- Represents the Acceleration Center, working with other Global Delivery Centers in ensuring consistency of people model and experience
- Facilitate talent management and development related programs in the Center. Provide guidance and support the Center leadership with employment related issues including, underperformer management, counseling out, and disciplinary action where required
- Provides input into achievement of the Center's business model and budget
- Drives continuous improvement at the Center by conducting human capital performance analyses against targeted metrics & determining actionable items

- High degree of independence and influence over the Center partners and staff in the execution of Human Capital strategy. This role has center wide impact with global implications. The Leader is expected to work effectively with senior leadership to establish and execute the activities that enable the behaviors, structures, systems and competencies required to execute the operating model.
