Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and governance of IAM solutions, including Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, Directory Services, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Define IAM architectural frameworks, reference models, standards, and patterns that guide enterprise adoption.
• Architect integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications, cloud services, infrastructure components, and directory environments (AD, Azure AD, LDAP).
• Establish and refine role models, access control strategies, governance processes, and identity lifecycle methodologies across the organization.
• Oversee and guide implementation teams on workflows, provisioning models, API integrations, connector strategies, and orchestration logic.
• Drive IAM roadmap development, platform modernization, cloud migration initiatives, and security hardening efforts.
• Conduct architectural assessments, identify gaps, recommend remediation strategies, and ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with security leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable IAM architectural designs.
• Provide expert oversight during incident response, root-cause analysis, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Identity & Access Management, including at least 3+ years in an IAM Architect or Senior IAM Engineering role.
• Strong architectural knowledge across IAM domains: IGA, RBAC/ABAC, access governance, authentication/authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, and directory services.
• Hands-on familiarity with leading IAM/I GA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Azure AD, CyberArk, Ping, Okta).
• Solid technical understanding of IAM-enabling technologies: Java/Beanshell, REST APIs, SCIM, SAML/OIDC/OAuth, SQL, and automation/scripting (Python/PowerShell).
• Proven experience designing IAM solutions in large-scale, distributed, and high-security enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate architectural decisions, risks, and impacts to both technical and business stakeholders.
