Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior IAM Architect

to lead the design, implementation, and management of

Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions

across

IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments

. This role requires deep expertise in

SailPoint, OKTA, ONELOGIN, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, XAGE, and SRA

, along with a strong understanding of security policies, compliance frameworks, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement
IAM solutions using
SailPoint, OKTA, ONELOGIN, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, XAGE, and SRA
.

Develop and enforce
security policies, standards, and best practices
for IAM in
IT and OT environments
.

Design and integrate IAM with
Active Directory (AD)
and other directory services.

Conduct
security assessments and audits
to identify vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Implement and manage
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
.

Oversee
user provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews
.

Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to ensure
compliance
with security and regulatory standards.

Provide
training and support
to IT teams and end-users on IAM systems and best practices.

Stay updated with the
latest trends, threats, and technologies
in
IAM, IT, and OT security
.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree
in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity
, or a related field.

10+ years of experience
in
IAM architecture and security
in both
IT and OT environments
.

Strong expertise in
IAM solutions
such as
SailPoint, OKTA, ONELOGIN, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, XAGE, and SRA
.

Proven ability to
design and implement IAM frameworks
across
enterprise and industrial environments
.

Strong understanding of
Active Directory (AD) and directory services
.

Experience with
MFA and SSO solutions
.

Familiarity with security
frameworks and standards
(e.g.,
NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443
).

Excellent problem-solving skills
, with strong attention to detail.

Strong
communication and leadership skills
, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master s degree
in
Information Security or a related field
.

Relevant
security certifications
such as
CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
.

Experience with
DevSecOps
practices and tools.
