Your responsibilities at this management level include, but are not limited to: - Utilizing feedback and reflection to enhance self-awareness, leverage personal strengths, and address areas for development. - Delegating tasks to provide growth opportunities to others and coaching them to achieve results. - Generating new ideas and proposing innovative solutions to challenges. - Employing a diverse range of tools and techniques to derive insights from current business trends. - Reviewing your work and that of your peers for quality, accuracy, and relevance. - Sharing relevant insights and contributing to the thought leadership. - Communicating clearly and persuasively in a structured manner when influencing others. - Demonstrating adaptability in various situations to cultivate diverse and high-quality relationships. - Adhering to the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. **Experience:** - Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in progressive roles in Identity and Access Management. - Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in UI and Server-side technologies such as Java, J2EE, NodeJS, Angular, ReactJS. - Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra. **IAM Technology Skills:** - Proficiency in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions. - Sound understanding of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Proxy, and Directory Services concepts. - Substantial experience with software development and implementation of Access management and federation products like Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra, or equivalent solutions. - Hands-on experience in deploying Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra solutions throughout the system development life cycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, architecture, business process support, configuration, customization using Java/JavaScript/GroovyScripts, and testing. - Development and implementation experience with various Access management and federation products such as PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, OpenDS, CA, or Oracle solutions, configuring authorizations with API Access management, and implementing SSO with OIDC. - Proficiency in configuring High Availability solutions, Enterprise Provisioning, Roles-based Access Controls, Single Sign-On, internal and external federation, and systems integration. - Expertise in developing Objects, connectors, and mapping in IDM solutions, user and role lifecycle management, provisioning data to/from sources like AD/LDAP, creating custom REST endpoints using JavaScript or Groovy, reconciliation, and self-service. - Familiarity with Platform UI, Ping Identity/ForgeRock UI, Ping/ForgeRock IG, Okta Access Gateway, or other reverse proxies for configuring and writing custom routes/proxy rules, managing application access and security with DNS capabilities. - Experience with Enterprise Directory/Directory Integration (ITDS, SDS, AD, LDAP), and comprehensive knowledge of all products of Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra. - Proficiency in designing solutions on Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra, integrating with various identity and provisioning solutions, understanding SAML 2.0, OIDC grants, and customizing directory operations. - Implementation of automated provisioning through custom flows, SCIM, or JIT capabilities, and designing custom Authentication Modules, Trees Nodes, Account Mappers, and Adapters based on customer requirements. - Expertise in customizing directory operations and implementing end-to-end solutions on Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra. - Knowledge of generic LDAP operations and implementing automated provisioning. - Possession of Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra certifications is highly preferred. **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field from reputable universities.,
