Job Description

ServiceNow HRSD Developer - India - 6 months+

We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure HRSD modules (case management, employee service center, onboarding) to meet business needs.
Customize applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs for HR system integrations.
Build and optimize workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate HR processes.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Conduct testing, support UAT, and deploy HRSD solutions.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing applications.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain technical documentation.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 1-2 years in HRSD.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred).
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, APIs, Flow Designer, and HR system integrations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
