Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support performance management activities, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
• Address employee queries and provide timely HR support.
• Plan and organize training and development programs to build employee capabilities.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
• Assist in maintaining and improving HR systems and databases.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
