About The HR Administrator Position We’re seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join our growing human resources team. HR Administrator Responsibilities Assist with various administrative duties such as photocopying, scheduling interviews and meetings, and making travel arrangements Maintain employee documentation and records, including hiring information, warnings, and sick and vacation leave Assist in new employee orientation by creating onboarding packets and answering questions regarding key tenets of employment Track payment records and process payroll, both checks and direct deposits Work alongside recruiters, both external and internal, to ensure best hiring practices Update company policies to ensure legal compliance Serve as the first point of contact for the human resources department Answer telephone calls and email inquiries from both internal and external parties Experience in working with US companies Assiting and working with Executive Management teams HR Administrator Requirements [8+] years experience in a similar role BA/BS in human resources or similar field preferred Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in India and in the USA Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong time management and prioritization skills Superb critical thinking and judgment skills Must be a team player
As a Quality Assurance professional with over 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through efficient automation frameworks and frontend testing. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies aligned with product objectives and user expectations. - Designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for UI and API testing using tools like Playwright. - Developing and managing automated test suites for regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing to ensure application quality across multiple environments and configurations. - Quickly identifying, diagnosing, and resolving bugs in collaboration with developers, and providing clear documentation and reproducible test cases for defect tracking. - Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket build pipeline to enable faster and safer deployments. - Leading QA best practices, performing peer reviews of test code, and actively participating in architectural and sprint planning discussions. Staying updated on emerging automated testing technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. - Exploring and utilizing AI-assisted tools for test case generation, defect prediction, and analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy.
